  of photonic information carriers. In recent years\, several developments 
 have led to implementation of photonic systems with progressively increasi
 ng size\, exploiting different degrees of freedom as well as different pla
 tform. In this seminar we will discuss recent implementations of quantum i
 nformation protocols with integrated photonics performed at the Quantum La
 b of Sapienza Universit&agrave\; di Roma\, showing their application in di
 fferent fields such as quantum computing and sensing.
